Best spark plugs for my EJ4
 

I've got "Red 95 Honda Civic DX Coupe Special Edition (EJ4 w/ D15B7)"

I'm being told by mechanics not to use Bosch. Platinum spark plugs.

Right now I need new ones cause the Bosch Platinum ones I bought and installed in April are sparking backwards a bit and developing this white film on the arcs. Also one looks like it's arc (the metal bend that sparks) has a small crack developing.

So which is best for me to get?

And yes I want performance out of this engine if that makes a difference.

get NGK standard.

No spark plug is gonna help your performance out of a D15B7.

That white film could be because the engine is running lean, timing may be advanced a bit.

I've also saw many Bosh's have the electrode turn white....I personally hate them and think they are garbage. GEt NGK standard or platinum if you want longer life out of them.
