Battery Keeps Dieing!

Sup all just purchased a car 2002 Honda Civic LX off tcc at first was all happy like drove it around 1-2hrs later then notice the battery light keeps flicking off and on very fast then i notice my deck turned off and my dash turns off while I’m driving! Then my car dies so was super upset with the seller after buying a new battery driving for 3hrs it does it again battery is dead on me battery pic is flickering and my dash turned off while driving! any suggestions should i go kill the seller or maybe it’s the battery/alt/ faulty wiring/ go kill the seller? Gona go replace the battery get them to check it out see if it’s a bad battery
I’m hoping it is ill post back when i take the battery back.

It sounds like it could be your alternator. I had a similar experience. Deck and lights turning off.

If the alternator is not outputting enough juice, your car will draw off your battery. Once your battery dies, so will your car.

Check your alternator. If nothing is wrong with it, than I recommend you go and kill the seller.

just call around to parts stores, napa, partsource, canadian tire, carquest, etc etc. also i'd advise you to get your battery fully charged and tested if you havent already

Just had my battery die and it was doing the same thing. However, i replaced the battery myself and have not had this problem since then and it was like 2 months ago. Have the battery checked because batteries have a certain shelf life before they need to be recharged by the supplier and if it was sitting there aging this could be the problem. Also check all the wiring and stuff and make sure its in good shape and maybe have a garage run a charging system check. I looked into the alternator change as well myself just because i had the stock battery in the for about 5 years. The cheapest i could find the alternator was like $300. Hope this helps and let me know how things turned out.
