2001 Civic sedan - windows not working
 

Hey guys, I need some help here.

My car is a 2001 LX sedan. The driver window main switch (4 buttons) cannot control the front passenger side window and the rear left window up and down.

The passenger side window switch can operate the window w/o problem. However, the rear left side window switch is totally dead.

I did not take off the driver main window switch to diagnosis because I don't know how to take it off (anyone knows how to take it off?)

What will be the possible causes of the problems? Fuse? Relay?

Can someone please point me to the right direction how to diagnosis the problems before I take it to the garage for repair?

By the way, where do you guys buy the parts for repairing such as driver window main switch for instance? (Not the dealerships please!)

I am in Markham area, do you guys recommend any shops for repairing?
