03 civic lx
Hey,

I've got a 03 civic and recently got the timing belt and wpump changed. Now when idling I've got a sucking/hissing noise that sounds like its coming from right behind the gauge cluster/steering wheel area. It goes away when I rev it a bit and changes pitch/sound when I move the steering wheel a bit.

I'm stumped I don't know what the cause is.

Any ideas?
