i'm really considering getting the sat radio now. i'm sick of my cds and the radio sucks half the time. can you justify spending 180 a year on radio service? and i believe thats taxable too!

lol u say gettin sick of my cds like u cant change em up and burn new ones ... or is it jusss that ur music collection is lackin currently ? paying for radio is insane .. i coudlnt justify it .. im waiting for the phase to die out and i might cop it when its basically free..

My sister bought mine for me for my birthday last year and gave me a years subscription..........no complaints here. Will I renew? Maybe, we will see. Haven't used it much lately, but the unit was king going to Florida!

got xm... i dont mind paying for it... cause it does have an amazing selection of music

+ i do a lot of driving out of the city...and having the same radio stations and music does help a lot.

i got cd's too...200+ and an ipod but xm/sirius is a convienience (sp?) and thats what you are paying for....

if your into sports, xm is great for hockey, and during the world cup, it came in handy...

meh it will eventually be free .. like GPS lol

mainly music.. i just dont have time to download songs and burn cds and i dont know what to download

its been around in the US for a few years...and is going strong...
and subscription prices have gone up :cry:

it might not stay commercial free as and when that happens....:eek:

being commercial free is a selling point too!
