window tint removal
i have a 98 civic si with old shitty tint that is bubbling so i am removing it. i have removed the rear quarter window tint succesfully with a blade a windex. i dont want to start the rear window the same way and possibly damage the defroster lines. is there any smart way to go about this?

If your not confident in yourself take it to a tint shop n let them do it. But if you want to do it yourself what I seen some people do is wait for a really hot day n then make the rear window of the car face the sun n then just get a black garbage bag cut it up to the size of the rear window n then tape it against the inner part of the rear window(inside the car) after that just wait like 30-45 minutes so the tint can heat up so u can peel it off easy. After u waited now you can take the garbage bag off get the razor to one of the edges n start to peel it off slowly. I hoped this helped but don't do it if you think your gonna mess it up.
