window problem
 

my bros has a 2000 civic with manual windows..Now, i roll the window all the way up, but it doesnt close all the way..there is still 1 mm that doesnt close...I installe d a new window regulator that i bought from honda...also, the window used to be easy to roll, now its really tight...when i go for a wash, water comes inside from the top of the window...help me out
