ya could try some of that anti-fog shyt from CT..??
the window cracking should help..
i was trying to get you away from recycling the air if that's what you were doing..fresh air is what clears things up in most cases
and if you're not being given an alternative other than re-using the inside air, then i dunno.....
got any leaks in your heater core??
it is blowing HOT air right??

how to make it defog.
without a/c.
lets say while driving your window starts to fog.
turn on your heater blower and leave it to cool (or the blue area) do not turn it to hot because that will make the windshield fog up more.
crack the window down a little for cold air to enter.
make sure the air is comming from the outside and its not using recycled air from the inside (set it to outside)
make sure that the air is being routed to the windows and not your face or feet etc....
you will notice that the fog is starting to clear slowly.
once that occurs
start slowly adding heat to it by moving or turning the **** to the warm area (red area)
this will amplify the clearance of the fog on the windows
once its fully gone
close your window tightly.
bring the temperature to a medium and turn the **** or dial to your feet and windows that way your feet stay warm and the window gets a little piece of the air aswell and at the same time it doesnt bother you too much
