yikes, leaks are a PITA, Normally with Civics the leak is in the front and it's the sealer around the firewall area but in the rear, I hate to say that you may need to start gutting interior to find and repair the problem. I personally can only think of 3 areas that may be the cause. 1 which would really suck id that maybe your floor has rotted a whole through it, but that's only if you mean the floor area and not the seats or higher. The second and less likely is that maybe one of the rear windows has developed a leak. I've never seen that on a Civic but it is possible. Have they ever been replaced? The third and given the cold you guys have been having and all that snow, maybe water froze in the drains for your sunroof and then cracked the drain lines, or maybe they just came off. Water could then be running down the sides behind the interior panels and coming out around the rear seats and floor area. Even with the sunroof closed they still allow some water through and it;s supposed to just run out the drain tubes but they do get clogged or even brake if the freeze while full and are restricted enough that they aren't clogged solid, just water isn't moving fast enough to stay fluid. Then when you drive, it warms up and leaks into the car.

Good luck. If you can't find the leak easily and they never are you're gonna have to start pulling panels out and running a hose over the car to find it. Start by running a steady stream not a spray as low as you can and work your way up. Don't stop just because you found a leak though, you could have more then one.
