treating and conditioning leather ?
Hey,
What are the best products to use when treating my leather interior and protecting it from cracking ? I've used Tannery Vintage Leather Cleaner and Conditioner. I would like to try other products out there that give the leather more moisture to keep it from drying and cracking. Thanks in advance |

I find that it does a pretty good job, but it does dries out over time . Some guys say to use vasoline.. which is fine if your seats are real leather. But ours are 'leatherette' which are probably made of plastics.. therefore, petroleum jelly is not a good idea. |

Thanks for the input buddy ! |
I was told to go to a farmer's co-op and get the stuff they use for saddles and whatnot. Makes sense to me! :nods:
NOTHING with silicone it in!! or if you have bought furniture at Leons, they have this leather care kit - the kit is $100 by itself. That's what I used for a little while before I sold the leathers. |
why not silicone ??
