Would you be able to use your stock seat belts with those seats?

Don't they have to be approved for some safety before selling it to the market?

look at the pic where it is next to the recaro.... now look at the back on on the replica, it is like flat, and look at the back on the recaro... anatomical.... thats the difference

there is no standards for seats that are sold for OFF ROAD use only or w/o a DOT or TUV or FIA approval!! Don't cheap out on seats!!!

what can possibly break on seats aside from the bracket, which will be made separately??

how is the quality on these different than the popular toms seats?

The reclining mechanism can be cheaped out and there are probably no quality control other than the look. You hit someone and the recline gives, you'll be sucking your own d!ck

well put kwik, well put!!

I mean, you guys have heard of whip lash?? Have you guys ever watched crash footage, and HAVE YOU SEEN what happens to the seats? I dunno, to me it's like using a rope in place of a seatbelt.

Thing is, all these smaller co's like Tom's and whatever else, they're not worried about liability, cuz they just figure... 1. they can claim off road use only, and 2. they'll prolly disappear before any real lawsuits pile up. Cuz the way the industry is, they just wanna make cheap knocksoffs for a few years, then shut down and move onto another industry.
