swaping spedos

does anyone have any experience with this, im going to buy a cluster rite now for my car, its a 94 si cluster, but it has something retarded like 600,000 km on it, i heard it was possible to swap out the spedos and swap in ur old one say from a dx cluster, does anyone have any tips on how to go about this, i definatly do not wanna mess up 2 clusters

it's easy. You have to take apart the speedo. Then you just remove the whole piece that contains the speed gauge along with the odometer and replace it with your old one. It's like 2 or 3 screws, thats it.
