Dremel is a brand of rotary tool, its a handheld tool with different head attachments for different uses, they sell em at like Home Depot, base models are like 50 bucks or so, with some # of attachments.

PS. Had to edit, grammatical errors lol

i c.....damn it.........i just got a drill.............
i have another question ,the clips on teh back, are they screw ons, or just popers........i mean are they threaded......

my second question it can i just drill out the clip with a drill, but if it a threaded whole, then i might want to just drill off the top of the clip.....would that work......just take a large drill bit and drill off teh top and then take a set of plyers and unscrew the rest of the remaining piece of plastic...would that workl.;
