Well what year is the civic?
EG- you have to get 4dr bottom cushion and 2dr back rests. I have 2dr seats in the back of my hatch and it leaves a 2" gap between back rest and bottom cushion. also gaps on the sides. now if you keep the 2dr back rest and get 4dr bottom cushion the gaps will be filled in quite nicely. reason why you cannot use 4dr back rests is because 4dr back rests were one piece and not split folding.
EK- now its a little bit harder for these. since the mounting style is different for the back rest, you need to do some work. First you do everything like on an EG, you get a 4dr bottom and bolt that in. Now for back rests you will have to take the o-rings off the back so you could separate the foam/fabric from the frame. Make sure you swap the whole thing all together onto a new frame and do not separate the foam from fabric. Then to secure it in place you could either use zip ties or I'm sure if you go to an upholstery shop they could sell you some of those rings.
So find integra 94-01 rear leather seats from 4dr and 2dr and you will be good.

^i have them in my 96 CX, im sure. Leaves a bit of a gap between the backrests and the bench, but if you adjust the trunk carpet, it looks almost stock. Used to have the fronts too, but sold em cuz they sit way too high and bought a set of gsr leathers for the front, plus made 100 bucks
