putting new wiring from scratch, need help

Okay, so this toy of mine that i just picked up, has the most screwed up wires going everywhere.

power's not there, memory's not there, the stock speaker wires aren't hooked up to the speakers, the previous owner just bought some wires and wired up a new set coming from the speakers to the center console... etc etc etc it's a mess

i just wanna snip everything off and start from scratch, i guess speaker wires are simple, just get wires and twist n solder them to the adapter that'd go directly into my cdplayer adapter...

but where do i draw the power from?
if i go straight to the battery, won't it be too much power? and how would i get memory wire?

straight from the battery for the pwer is fine.
as for a "memory" acc just wire up a relay

okay, i just looked up relay wire because i didn't know what it was...
so it's got 4 legs,
one to 12 V, one to ground, one to "switched power" and the last one to "accessories"

i get the power and the ground part, but what does it mean by "wire to accessories?" accessories as in the stereo? or the stuff that gets turned on when you have the car key at the acc position?

and if it's the stuff that turns on when you have the key at the acc position... where would i draw that wire from?

Accessory wire is usually for an amp or power antenna. Most cars just have the wire taped up if there are no accessories.
