i already searched but nuthin helped me answer my question.

i was in the timmy's drivethru got my coffee, and went to put my window up..the window slightly jerked a bit and fell down alittle deeper into the door. went home to take the door panel off and i found a 2 plastic peices and a metal cover at the bottom of the door.

i know one of the peices wraps the two cables, the other peice seperates the cables, and the metal peice is a cover. i tried assembling everythin back together jus so it would hold the window up and not slid down but it dint work.

i can freely move the window up and down by moving the glass, but when i lift the window up all the way, it slowly falls back down. also the switch turns the motor so i know thats still good.


anyone had the same problem or could gimme some insight how to fix this?

window regulator gone, need new one, common problem

also would a regulator from a 96-00(left front) civic with power windows, fit a 97-00EL(left front)?
