i want to get a aftermarket head unit that looks stock to any civic player.
i want it look like an OEM piece with out the flashy bits.
dose aanyone know how to do this or where to get one?

Nakamichi (might have spelt it wrong) have 'terrible' looking head units that youre looking for. And they're extremely high end. Maybe something by Eclipse, they're not overly flashy, either. My 7" touch screen/Nav looks walmart ish until it's open.

Good luck finding a 'stock' head unit... I don't think stock look sells. Mugenn.Civic.09 that's a sweet link!

Maybe relocate your CD player to, I dunno, under your dash on the floor. Leaving the stock one in place?

Head Units come with a long piece of steel for securing them in the back. Most people tend not to use it.

ill look into those brands.
yha the stock look dosent sell, but when i get the car it's going to be built the way i have it planed.one of a kind.

One a deck that looks stock? Get a stock deck. Or get an alarm. Most thieves won't touch cars that have a blinking light in em if they are going for a deck or something. One simple way to protect yourself from amateur thieves.
