Iv installed some cd decks before its nothing to hard, i just never happend to run into a problem like this. Im looking to install one but it doesnt have the typical cd deck layout units where u can just replace stock with the one u get from bestbuy or wherever.

thats the center console im trying to isntall it it. Is there some kind of blank faceplate you can insert? I know its not honda, its a dodge neon, but iv found people to be very helpfull and insightfull on this forum so if you can help at all please do, thanks all!

Yeah you need an installation kit to fill up the rest of the space. Your local car audio store should have some, if not they can always order it. You may also need an adapter for the radio wire connection.

Just go to your local car audio store and ask them for the parts.
