need help removing car wax from a speaker grill

okay,

I have included a pic of the part in question.

It's been freshly painted and clearcoated, so I don't want to use paint thinner.

I have tried using water and rubbing alcohol. I would prefer to have a method other than using a pipecleaner for every hole.

all other painted parts turned out looking pretty sick. i was a little stupid to put wax on this part of the car.

dawn dish detergent and a soft cloth or brush

If you end up messing it up, i probably wouldn't be that big of a deal to repaint. I second the dish detergent for removing wax.

Yes...Use a new paint brush, it will get alot of the holes at once. But match it up to the soap listed above.
