Need Help: Install White Gauges(PIX INSIDE)
Hi guys, I bought a white gauges for my 94 h/b cx for 80 bucks and the Brand is Eurolite. I tried to install it myself and followed the installation procedure. when everything is installed, wires are connected and ready to test if the gauges are functioning. The gauges are ok and I tried to adjust the light using the control adjuster and it was ok but I noticed that the transformer, power supplier and light adjuster to gauges, was making a high pitch low sound and when I tried to adjust the light of the gauges using the Touch-Control adjuster the sound goes up and down. I dont know what is wrong and I think I followed the installation properly but other than that I have no clue whats wrong. Can you guys HELP ME on this and tell me what to do.
I need some some ideas to the pepol who done this or know about it. Thanks for looking guys....

dude... that noise is bad... you can fry your entine dash. i was talking to a tech at honda and that buzzing noise from the transformer is a warning that there is a bad ground. you need to make sure it is grounded properly or you could mess your entire dash.

^^^ i as well have these gauges and grounded it bare clean metal. It is not due to a bad ground. lol i was worried when i first installed these gauges but as i read different forums it is normal. You can always zip-tie insulation around the transformer; that will decrease the sound projection.
