I recently purchased one of thsese screens not too long ago. After listening to a cd..i pressed eject and to my suprise the cd never came out. I had to press the eject button two or three times before it came out. (I kept receiving a 'mecha error')

I thought this would be a one time thing...but sure enough...it happened again. Tonight it took about 30 minutes before I could eject the disk.
"error 19, mecha error"

Do you still have warranty?

shold be under manufactures warrenty unless you got it used

I do know the deck was purchased from best buy with warrenty. i bought the deck second hand from an employee.

everything works flawlessly (except that stupid eject button sometimes)

I still have the "car passport" all manuals, boxes, etc.

anyone know where i can get this checked out...?
obviously not free...but i dont mind payin, if the people can fix it.

We are Kenwood dealers so if you would like bring it by and I can send it out to Kenwood to get it fixed.
