ihave a honda civic 97 and i want to raise its front passenger seat height becoz my amp got stuck when i move the seat forward and backward.

or should i put amp under driver seat

problem solved by putting 4washels under my seats nut and it increased the height of my seat a little bit and amp now can move under my seat .

I'd move the amp, something happens to that seat in the event of an accident and your insurance sees that you modified the seat for the amp and you'll be S.O.L.

What? Is this a street driven car? If so and your not insured then get the hell off the roads. Between the amp being stuck under your seat, teh way you fixed the issue and driving un-insured, I really gotta ask is there somem type of mental defficeincy we should know about here?

remove 4 bolts, take seat out, relocate your amp, put seat back..
