How do I fix this Panel? It seems to have come off

I noticed that this component had come off its grooves and I am unable to push it in. I think it came off when i dropped off a curb. I was wondering how I can fix this and it is quite the eye sore.

Any help would be appreciated, and warning I am a complete noob. I have never done anything to my car or opened anything. Nor do I know how to open the panel. I showed my mechanic when doing and oil change, but he said he has no time and to come some other time..

Not too familiar with the newer gen civics, but...there should be screws on the side which would allow for the panel to come off. Once removed, refit so it goes into its right position. That or...just hit it firmly, should pop back into its original place.

Who said violence and brute force does not solve all the problems :P

LOL wut!?

Anyways, watch the first 3 seconds, inspect panel, make modifications if necessary so it sits flush again, and re-install.
