Hey guys sorry for a repost first off but I really want to get this fixed because I have a feeling it's a simple fix

recently I swapped my dash and when I put everything back my horn didn't work (no click sound) and my srs light is on I know both of them have the same wiring so perhaps I'm missing a plug. I checked the fuse and it was fine I don't think it'll be the relay because my srs light is on also

I also can't do an obd reading because I forgot to put the plug back into the new dash ( I cut the old one) btw it's the plug on the drivers side

there's only a couple plugs that I haven't plugged in however because it would reach it's one male yellow plug and one female green plug which is quite large however there is wires coming out from the left side of the plug

if no one has any idea does someone know how much it'll cost at the mech to fix?
