From my understanding, it's a key fob you keep on your key cahin. When you get close enough tot he car, the "brian" senses the key fob, and unlocks and disarms the alarm for you. (no need to push any buttons). I also think it locks the doors automatically when you walk away from the car.
Gee, the Compustar already has these features.

Recently the remote control door lock which has become natural (the ｷ ｰ ﾚ ｽ ｴ ﾝ ﾄ ﾘ ｰ) the system.
It is different from former system because, 5 - 10 ﾒ ｰ ﾄ ﾙ or more it is far even from the place where opening and closing operation of the ﾄ ﾞ ｱ ﾛ ｯ ｸ
Possibility. The ｴ ｽ ｺ ｰ ﾄ doing her, when placing in the suicide seat, when holding the baggage in the both hands,
And being dark, when the key hole is difficult to be visible, when the key hole freezes and the like, very it is convenient
