Just make sure you run speaker wires and RCA's on one side of the car and all power wires along the other side.... this will eliminate any interference.

what about interferance from all the other electrical sources in the car? fuel pump, door locks, brake lights etc... theres no avoiding them...

running wires on opposite sides is a good way to block any potential noise but when you look at it there is not sacred place to run a wire in your car to avoid the noise its everywhere..

good rcas and a good ground is best...

if you do develope noise you can try moving them apart but its not always going to fix the problem

These are all minor current draws.... but a 2-4ga power wire running right beside your RCA's for the length of your car can cause much more significant interference. By running them as far apart as possible you'll minimize any possible interference.

Of course it's always a good idea to buy well shielded RCA's....

or make the same thing for under $10, works just the same, but doens't have the "bling" factor high price units do... but if you dont care for the "bling" this is much better alternative
