swap subs...does it work
swap amp...does the subs work
disconnect subs and place a multi meter on output terminals, set to ac voltage, you should get ac voltage reading, the more you turn up the volume the larger the voltage... same on the rca side
try that

updates. when i put the fuse in the amp turns on then it turns off and i think the protect or maybe the therminal light turns on then shut down. i did hear the sub work one only. i think cause i felt a tad bit bass but not strong. so i have a feeling it could be the amp. i bought my system at best buy. do you think i still have warranty the system was bought maybe 6 month ago. i also remember the guy said if he sub ever get blown within a year i can take it back and the will give me a new one stright up does that work the same thing with the amp. also wondering how this could of happen cause i had it installed at a shop with my old system and just swap it when i got my fosgate system it's basically like plug and play with the wires not hard to do i'm pretty 90% sure i didn't hook up anything wrong it worked for a whole 6-7 month till now. please let me know thanks.

dude, really, its impossible for us to diagnose your problem over a computer, you need to take it to a shop to see what is wrong exactly, or take pics and give us a thorough descriptiion of how everything is set up and what gauge of wire your using etc.
Its just to hard to do over the computer, I could list off a million reasons, or diagnose it within a few mins of actually looking at it and probing with a multi meter..
but from the sounds of it with the lack of description, im gonna say something on your amp is pooched, even if it was your sub that was blown, your amp would still stay on but just go into Protect mode, not shut off.
