haha oh mann, what steering wheel are u goin for? a s2k (s2000)?
if so get a ap1/2 and its literally direct bolt-on even airbags will work..
and iirc i think it's illegal to have a newer car that was originally equipped with airbags to have them removed... as everyone knows as cars get newer they get more affected in accidents.. but yea...i dunno i would actually prefer not having one...

anyways, if u do find a steering wheel that doesn't come with a airbag and want one...ducktape a pillow on there lol

i think they're supposed to ticket u for no airbag but it's up the cop's discretion... but not 100% on that. if u're doing momo or something with the lil red buttons y not use those to wire the horn up?

As long as you take the cluster out and remove the airbag warning light that goes on once you have it removed, no cop should bother you. About the horn, you will get a ticket 100%. My last two and my current car all had airbags removed and replaced with aftermarket steering wheel. And I never had a horn. Usually if I'm pulled over its for something more serious and horn ticket is nothing lol.

Yes almost every single steering wheel has a horn button, the problem is wiring it.

Unless the hub has that metal plate in the bottom of it for the little horn tab to touch it all the time, wiring it is a pita and it usually ends up getting cut by the opening in the hub.

I've made several horns work but never bothered with mine.

Its easier to just make an extra switch in the dash like I did in my first civic.
