Does anyone know if i can get aftermarket rails to fit gsr leathers in 90 civic. or any other way to install them without hacking it.

I am not sure if replacing the rails from your stock seats onto gsr seats would work since it may not line up. What you could do is buy seat mounting brackets, chop off the ends off the gsr seat rails that you use to bolt it and and get the rail welded to the bracket. It would surely be a safer solution than when people have only 2 bolts holding the seat down.

Oh! And I forgot to mention, you could just line up the seat, drill holes and use either self tapping screws or thread the holes and send few big bolts through.
