when I hear people talk about doin this to an EG I barf a little in the back of my throat. then I think of the EK interior and how that's the one thing about EK's I don't like. I don't know if it'll work or not but I say find one that has already been molested just to sorta test fit and see if things line up without drilling hole or anything I just mean hold it up and see if it physically will fit in the space your trying to put it. then if it does do a DIY on it and if it works start looking for a clean one to swap in. lotta work but if your successful I bet it'd get soem real attention. Everyone loves EK's I bet even guys like me that prefer the EG are that way because the EK has a cheap looking interior. That or the head/tail lights, other than that the cars are pretty well the same anyway aside from things like OBD and the way the hatch opens.

well I've heard that the process is like doing it on an EG, you have to use a heat guna on the sides of the dash then slam the doors shut and let it mold to the shape of the door panels. gonna see if i can find a diy somewhere, the only reason i wanna do it is cuz i want the whole interior of my car to be black. I think the eg dash/center console is wwaaaaaaay uglier than the ek's just my opinion tho

wont work i have asked around if its possible the only dash will fit is 1.6el or 99-00 civics. but if u somehow make it work take some pics.

I have a black GSR dash that was in an EG. Not sure if it would work in the EK. Selling the dash and ITR cluster for $150 if you are interested.

I've seen it in a civic si with a gsr dash so it could be possible, just might have to do a little work, im planning on doing it myself this summer

word. definitely agree, btw i dont think itll fit unless you custom mod it it, but that would look pretty good compared to the ek interior IMO

I do these swaps into EG's, but never seen it done in an EK. I've heard it's possible so do some research and let us know. It seems like the EK dash sits a bit higher and the GSR dash wouldn't sit in position well.
Anything would look better then that ugly dash EK's have *barf.
