finding vibrations.. how do i open my door panel?

I have some vibrations that are really bothersome. One seems to come from behind the door handle (the inside one), the other from under where the lock button slides down. (i'm also starting to get a vibration from somewhere behind the steering wheel! but right now that one is very rare).

so i want to know if it's possible for me to remove the door panel and check for things that i could tighten up or pad. I was thinking that if there are wires that are moving around i could ty-rap them into place, or whatever is appropriate.

like it says, i have a 2001 honda civic 4-door LX. i don't see any screw holes on the door panel..

also, would one of those haynes manuals tell me how to do this?

thank you!

4 screws...if i remember right
see behind the latch to open the door..there's a little plastic piece that pops out......one screw behind there
see the door handle, where you would grab the door to close it..another plastic piece there also covering a screw
once that one is out you remove the piece that would hold the window controllers by sliding it forward......two more behind there
then pop off the door panel and slide it up

Having a panel remover will make things a little easier when popping the plastic clips.

They sell'em at Princess auto for like $4 and $9 (Orange handle). Partsource has a bigger red handle one for $20.

the manual is in there.
get the right one for your car and check the section for doors.

ok, got it... never could find the manual elsewhere online because they were all 95-00 and then 02-and on... but this list actually has an (01) beside the 95-00, so i ASSUME that means it is for my car also

looks a bit different, i will have to pay attention and not follow advice meant for older models.

thanks for the link.. i did a lot of digging through the search and somehow didn't find that particular thread (lots of other less useful ones!)
