fibreglass filler & dash?

okay, now that ive looked over my dash, i think im gonna actually try and give it a fibreglass look... glossy, flat finish..

i need to know, is there any specific type of filler i should be using, also, do i only apply to certain areas, and how do i go about applying it?

ive only worked with body filler, and used it on sheet metal (scuffing, apply, sand, apply, sand, primer, scuff, paint, scuff, clearcoat, etc.)
