boomerang 2

hey guys

so im planning on getting a boomerang 2 installed i called up selective and they gave me a quote of 820 (boom 2= 700, extra battery for alarm 80 and installs and stuff 40) just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with this product or if anyone knows a place that will do all of the above between the 600-700 range (820 seems a bit steep personally a buick dealership said the boom 2 installed was 560 but i dont mind coughing up a bit extra for peace of mind but 200 dollars is a bit more peace than i need lol

lol if u knew anything about boom2 u would know not to advertise it that you have it since the signals can be knocked out if the thief is aware which makes it pointless

Ever consider maybe getting Viper alarm they make good stuff...plus if a thief wants your car he will get it regardless if it has all those things.

I personally don't have experience with the boomerang systems, however my ex's friend had one in his car.

He had a Integra and a CRV. Both of which had gotten stolen, both of which were recovered before he even knew they were gone.

I think the boomerang is a great system, if you have the money why not? I would.
