bad relay ?

Hi there,, i've got a 2000 hatch that i installed sir doors on with the floor harness.. At first everything was workin properly but then my power locks jus randomly stopped working. i check all the fuses in car n under hood, all of them r good. However i did notice that after pullin all the fuses out from under the hood, after i put them back in my power locks started working again. Then about 2 weeks l8r it happened again no power locks. What could my problem be, relay ?

it's not that hard to check a relay, use a known good one and see if that helps or learn how to check a relay with a DVOM. basically you need to know if the relay is NO, or NC. Normally open/closed and if it's DPDT, SPST, etc. (double poll double throw, single p single t) then you need to know where to apply power and ground to see if the really is operating (clicking you hear) look up more on relay testing and start there. knowing how to do this can be very helpful with a lot of issues you may have in the future and can save you many headaches.
