anyone know what this is called?

I seen it on a car at SCN, its a cover/face that goes on your front odometers which makes it look flush with your dash. Its a bit hard to explain. The dark red 92 Accord on bags at SCN had it. Its a cover that goes on your odometer. Anyoen know what its called, and where it can be bought?
