any one got the quick and basic way of taking of SRS steering wheel
whats up need to take of my 93 SRS steering wheel can you please let me know all the baics and quick pointers of what to do 1St

1. disconnect battery
2. remove SRS fuse (to be safe)
3. remove the 2 plastic side pieces on steering wheel
4. remove screws under plastic
5. pull airbag out a little bit and unclip the yellow wire thing
6. remove nut from splined shaft and steering wheel will come off

There is NO quick and easy way.
There is only the correct way.
1) disconnect power and let stand for 10 mins. grab a beer.
2) drink beer.
3) once finished, remove screws on back of steering wheel.
some of these are torx head - get yourself a set.
4) pull off the air bag unit and disconnect the connector from the
harness. Also remove horn and cruise (if equipped) connectors
on the airbag clock spring unit. Use a 19mm deep socket and
remove lock nut - you can now remove the wheel.
5) remove cover around steering column and kick panel under
dash.
6) remove airbag clockspring by removing the 3 phillips screws.
The harness that it is attached to can be disconnected. It runs
underneath the steering column and can be identified by
tracing the harness down the steering column and
disconnecting the large yellow connector.
That is how you take it off.....
