They are available as a part from Honda.
If you were a member you could get them new for cost..

If I remember correctly....(don't quote me on this)
The pocket is around $35, and the bracket to hold the pocket to the door is another $25.
I was going to buy a set this past summer, but that was until I found a set of Si door pannels with them already in it.
