5Gen Seats in 97 Del Sol
 

i was just wondering if 93 Civic HB front seats would fit a 97 del sol? would it be bolt in or need to do some custom work!!!
i'm asking since i got full leather interior sitting in my house!

The rails are the same so I don't see why it wouldn't fit. You will sit a bit higher in the Civic seats than in the Del Sols.

My buddy and I tried junkyard Civic rails to fit his Sparco Torinos in his Del Sol.... the Civic rails DID NOT FIT AT ALL in the Del Sol... we ended up modding the Del Sol rails by hacking the crap out of them to get the Torinos to bolt up. Anyways, I've seen a certain gen PRELUDE seat bolt into a Del Sol, so you may wanna check out those rails.

ok I just got Del sol seats with Delsol rails myself I went to put in the seats and had to SWITCH the rails .... the seats have EXACT same mounting points on the seats for the rails...

I had to place EG rails on the seats to get them to work correctly. which I did... and it's all mounted find now.... what a headache

I have Del Sol rails if you want them ... they will mount to EG seats let me know.

is it hard to replace the rails? and are you planning to sell the rail or i could give u my 5th gen rails!

if you give me your 5th gen rails ... (and bring the seats by) I'll personally attach the Del sol rails to your seats .... it should take more then an hour.

Strange guys... because when I took out my stock seats and put the Del Sols in the rails appeared to be the same. I even held them up next to each other. I guess my eyes deceived me.

well ryan ... I'd love to see your set up .... but for my car (a hatch not a coupe) the switch of the rails was required.....

There probably was a size difference that I didn't see.

del sol seat are so comfy i think i'm gonna keep them on!
