2002+ SiR Steering wheel

heyg uys, i have a 1997 Civic si, i was starting to feel like my steering wheel is way to big and i would like to make it smaller, keep my airbag, and cruise control options. i also like the SiR steering wheel off the 02+ and was wondering if they are interchangable???
