Sleeper Exhaust possible?

Hey guys,Im a noob to Hondas just bought an EJ8 last week. I want to quiet down the exhaust system------came with.....
-DC headers, 4-1
-OE cat,
-2.5in piping w resonator and (more of an expansion pipe)
-magnaflow muffler. (dunno what model)

still to loud above 3000rpm. I'd like to sneak past a sleeping policeman at 5000rpm and not wake the neighbours if u know what i mean....thought about a factory exhaust but id like to stick with 2.5 in piping from the cat back is this even possible? any muffler + resonator combos to recommend?

im taking out the RAM air intake and installing the factory intake w larger piping hoping to quiet down the intake side

Change your muffler to an Apexi World Sport 2 and you should be good to go.

Also, you may want to see if the resonator is still doing it's job. A lot of aftermarket resonators don't last very long.

^He is correct. Install a new (larger if possible) resonator and swap out the rear muffler for a WS2 or something similar. You could even try a stock ITR muffler.
