You can get a DC sport, HRI racing. I had the HPI header on my old 98 Si and it was a nice little different. I have also had the DC on both of mine B18 civic, and they do give you that little bet more power and torque, plus you will get a little bet better fuel mileage.

Didn't know it'll help with the fuel mileage.. Isn't DC Sport headers expensive as ****... how could I get one in Canada? I hate ordering from the stats..
I can also get a vibrant header.. are they a good company?

You will get better gas milage since the motor will be "exhaling" easier. Think when you have a hole you your exhaust you loose milage because there is a lot of back pressure. In theory it will add power but it will be so minor, will be hard to notice. Vibrant headers are ok, DC sport will be better but since you are not building anything crazy you should be fine with that.

The only time mods like this will help your fuel mileage is when you drive your car nicely like a granny.

Otherwise, it will make it worse.

No idea? I hope not... also wouldn't I have to get a special header that'll connect straight to my cat converter which is connected to my catback exhaust?

No.

If you remove the cat, yes.

If you install a highflow cat, it may come on but there are quick fixes for that.

save your money..

all its going to do is make your car a little louder.. isnt going to give you any extra HP or fuel mileage.. and even if it does, its going to be so small your not even going to notice it.

E-Bay it and be done with it.
You'll get the same gain out of it weather its $50 bucks or $300!

The only way you are going to see huge gains off I/H/E combo on a D is if it's built from the ground up or if you have a K-Series.

I got a header for a single cam new but it performs better on supercharged applications. Since you have a 99si, that exhaust manifold is said to be the best for oem D-series motors. Here is a something that might be useful:
