Good silicon exhaust sealant

Hi,

What's a good exhaust silicone sealant? I am installing an axleback on my car this weekend and the guy i bought it from told me I need this stuff.

So far, I just found this crappy tire brand for $12.99. what do you guys use??

I used "Permatex" "Ultra Copper" bought at Partsource.

Hi-temp, sensor-safe, RTV Gasket good to up to 700(371c)degrees.

I only used this on the axleback portion but never had a problem.

i used one from brafasco i believe the place is called. i had an exhaust leak from the axle back and went to crappy tire and partsource and didnt offer me anything. they told me that the best thing the had was that cement stuff.

basically any silicone sealant with 300+ degree will be okay right?

how do you remove this stuff if you want to switch exhausts? do you just yank at it??
