Exhaust question

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew the name to the pipe the connects from the botom of the manifold to the catalytic converter... looks like rust has got the best of my 2000 civic's and I was hoping to get it replaced.

I did a bit of research and I think it may be called a "downpipe" can anybody confirm this for me.
