Can a Bseries throttly body go onto a Dseries intake mani????
 
Like the title asks... but for instance, will a GSR tb work on my stock d15b intake mani or after maket for that matter..?

From my understand, yes it can.

60mm tb on a manifold made for a 56mm tb will do nothing. even if you match the tb and manifold you will notice nothing. i have that setup sitting in the garage but for a d16y8, there is a reason its sitting on the shelf.

cuz its just not about how much air you suck in...its also the speed in which the air sucked in comes in at...

It is usefull only if you have the other bolt on...

Yes you will be fine.
Pretty much useless unless you have a big cam,high compression,carbs,or P&P.

So T-mack(or any1 who can answer), you mean the more of this^ is done the more use an over sized tb will be correct...?

Well seeing that im getting a b-series tb cheap and ithink i need a new 1, i figured i'd ask...

maybe i'll get 1 half horse out of it... lol
