buy an ebay intake for $20
then stick a K&N filter onto it

save ur money for better, more expensive mods.

really i never knew it mainly depended on the filter

so i can get a cheap intake but pop in a K&N filter and i'll be good

btw which intakes can fit a b20 (any b series?)

and seeing as how this is bearly any gain which sounds the nicest :P

in the end, its a pipe with a filter. so as long as you have a big pipe, and a good filter your good

3" diameter piping, BPI flowstack and AEM dryflow or K&N ftw. Try to keep the pipe as long as possible and keep the bend smooth and not super tight.

The BPi flow stack zeeman mentioned is a velocity stack, and yes they work...very well.

I run a bpi flowstack right off the throttle body (no pipe) with a big K&N cone filter. It works very well.

Just google "bpi velocity stack".

Who sells the bpi flow stack around the GTA? I just saw some impressive dyno graphs from people running them.
