Advice:Yonaka Catback On 200HP B20 EF

Anybody here have experience with these exhausts?
I did as much research as i could online but apart from a few sounds clips & several forums displaying threads asking the same question, I'm wondering if its worth the price & if you'd share your experiences.

The motivating factor is merely the price, when compared to Skunk2 or other big brands.

Any feedback is appreciated

I say just get the piping done and throw in whatever muffler you prefer. Custom FTW and you can get it down to exact sound level you want.

I Guess....But I wouldn't trust my local exhaust shop with even doing a weld on my bicycle let alone build me an exhaust for a car i'm throwing so much of cash into.
In the past, Custom is all I've ever had so I agree with you on the sound level comment.

Its just the town I live in is pretty crappy for these things....Heck I just got my daily drive back from a simple job @ a "reputable" body shop.
Its been back & forth since June & finally, after the 3rd visit they finally got it right.

Where are you located? I'm sure someone here could send you to a great 'local' shop.

I agree with custom. I've had a reactiv muffler, skunk2 Mega Power, STi, SS, and Codd exhaust. I based my wants on sound level. With a custom Stainless setup it's a lot cheaper, and easier to customize. Maybe you like the straight exhaust with w/e muffler you choose, maybe it's too loud, or farty, so after the install you go back to your local guy and get a Resinator installed. It will be a lot cheaper, and you can probably pay cash for most of it.

2nd. All canisters sound the same, with very, VERY small differences. So don't fool yourself with different brands. I personally like the quiter system: Cobb, Borla(maybe), Vibrant Stealth. I put the silencer in my skunk2 Mega Power, huge difference, still WAY too loud.

It's Race, not rice

Ironically, I don't know anyone in this area lol.
I'm from the Peterborough area originally.
Using google at 0400h, are you in Alberta?
