4" exhaust

i am almost ready for my exhaust to be done, getting it custom and its going on my ek hatch. im probably going 3" but 4" would be nice im just concerned about ground clearance and hitting the lca when i lower my car.

has anyone with a 4" exhaust had any of these problems

thanks

why so large? personally 2.25 or 2.5 is as large as i'd go, unless your making some serious turbo jam.

I would consult a tuner about this diameter for power. As for clearance, how low are you actually planning to go? Are you going to be running a resonator(s) (which reduce the distance between the setup and the ground)?

And how stiff of a spring are you running?

i dont see a point in going 4".

Unless you are shooting for well over 500whp, 3" will suffice. if you want to make it less restrictive, get an e-dump valve, weld it to the downpipe before the cat, so you have best of both worlds. Decently quite for what it is, and also with dump open you have no restrictions and quick exhaust escape.
