1996 K20A2 EK HB

It is finally time to sell my EK after a good 2.5 yrs of building this car from the ground up. The car is parked in a garage and barely driven. I only drive this car to shows basically. Car runs great and is in excellent condition. The purpose of the build was to build a civic that was different than the rest. Car will be parted out, however the buyer can add parts that he/she wants and the price would go up accordingly. The only thing the car needs is a new starter, as it takes a few cranks to get it to turn on sometimes. A lot of time & money has been spent on this project and it's time to move on from it. Car needs a good home!
To do the swap will cost approx $8000-$10000 including labour depending on what parts are being used. On top of that you will need a shell and whatever else you want to add to it. The price i am asking is pretty fair considering the cost to actually swap in a K20 from scratch.

1997 Honda Civic EX 4Dr Sedan

I am also selling my daily driver as I have purchased a CR-V and have no need for this one. I bought this car in December 2007. When i bought the car immediately replaced the clutch, front wheel bearings, distributor, distributor cap, sprak plugs, spark plug wires. Suspension was changed in January this year. Brakes were replaced in May this year. Regular oil changes every 5000KM. Car is mechanically sound and runs great. All service done at Defcon/ART. E-test done December 2007. Passed with flying colours. Should pass safety with no problems. Timing Belt/Water Pump were done by previous owner @ 160,000KM.
