Classifieds Rules
In additon to a our forum-wide Anti-spam Policy, the following rules have been drafted by Cosmic, TCC Online Administrator, and will be enforced by moderators and administrators.

00. Combine numerous 'for sale' or 'want to buy' items into one post. More than 2 posts by an individual member posting either a 'for sale' item or a 'want to buy' post will result in the thread being locked. If the member persists, further posts will be deleted without notice.

01. You cannot charge taxes on top of an already stated price, charging taxes would imply that you are a business.

02. You cannot sell something you do not have in your immediate possession.

03. Alcohol, tobacco, narcotic/pharmaceuticals, or weapon sales/trade are strictly prohibited.

04. A sale thread's initial post must state a firm asking price. Of course you can haggle, but an initial price must be stated. A post simply asking for offers or conducting a PM auction is not allowed. A price must be stated in initial post.

05. Leave an email address

06. The thread CANNOT be a link to an Ebay auction (or any similar off-site auction), or a jump page that leads to an Ebay auction. The TCC Classifieds space is not meant to be used to gather attention to a potential bidding war.

07. "Thread crapping" will not be tolerated. If you do not intend to buy and have nothing positive to add to the sale, refrain from posting in the thread. This includes stating "the price is too high", if you think the price is too high, inform seller via the PM service or an E-MAIL. If you think your post may be in any way interpreted as being "thread crapping" then take the safer route and send your message via PM or E-MAIL to the seller.

08. Most importantly, buyer and seller beware.

09. One bump a day please....pick your time wisely. (This means the date has to change over before you post again for those who do not understand this rule)

These rules can and will be modified at anytime, offenders who say "oh but i didn't know" will not be immune to these rules. As a user of this forum it is your responsibility to know the rules and abide by them, or you simply will not be allowed to participate. okay, just so people don't get bitchy cuz their posts are getting deleted, let me spell it out..

you want info?? you want pictures?? you have something to say?? you wanna set up a date?? PM or E_MAIL the seller and ask

if your post is not deemed "life or death" relevent to the SALE of the items listed it will be deleted..

that includes bumping other peoples threads..
if you continue to bump other people's shyt i'll remove your threads as well..consider it my way of returning the favor, but my bump is so good it knocks it right out of the forum

people keep bitching about how fast the classifieds moves so something is being done about it..
make my life miserable i return the favor

if for some reason you have an issue with these rules you can PM me and i'll be happy to hear you out..that in no way implies i'll do anything about it but it gives you a way to vent yer frustrations

replying in your thread after a bump, is considered a bump so ther for you would be in violation of the rules.
and you will either get locked or deleted.
