Details:
About the Engine
- Original Engine ~240 000 KMS
- It was a virgin until Rick at RT had to break it open at ~145K kms for timing belt service
- Oil changes done myself every 5-6K kms or earlier with OE filters on conventional oil. As a testament to how often i change my Oil I had a box of 30 OE from Honda filters I bought on sale 3 yrs ago. They are now all gone.
- Regular maintenance done by Rick or Ray at RT / Gilman

About the body:
- Original Body and paint except for one panel with ~240 000 KMS

- Body has no rust as it has only been winter driven for the last 3 seasons, previous owner had stored it during winter season up until 2005. I had stored it for winter for 2 seasons. I now spray wash the under body every week religiously. There is no rust protection as I am not a fan of it. Hence engine bay is Clean and so is the under body.

- Paint is original CBM except for one panel. This car only has two dents one on each door. Thy are smaller than a dime and no paint loss. One was caused by Vallet parking and the other by some idiot driving a POS Pontiac Sunfire. Can be easily fixed by dent doctor.

- This car gets Zaino treatment at least twice / year. More in previous years as i've gotten lazy.

- Car is only washed by hand by me or Touchless car wash. It washed by Honda twice... which was a mistake as they are the cause to most of the swirl marks you see on the clear coat

- Front bumper has been pitted by stones and lots of Highway driving. I used to drive between Waterloo <-> Toronto <-> Montreal a lot.

- Hood is in great condition as it has been protected by a OE Honda Bra. If you don't like the Bra you can remove it, as there is no paint fade because it has been thoroughly protected from UV with Zaino treatment. There is a tiny rust spot on the hood due to a stone chip which appeared this year.

- Rust only on door (near the window on the black portion of B pillar section)

- Driver side mirror is plastic is chipped cuz some drunk idiot clipped my Mirror on a Sat night 3yrs ago when my car was parked on King/Spadina. dude parked behind me got side swiped bad so i guess i was lucky.

Other Stuff
- A/C
- Heated Cloth Seats
- Heated Mirrors
- Hella FF75 Auxillary lights mounted discretely under the bumper. Mostly hidden. With JDM wiring and switch. One lens is cracked. these lights still work but the lens is done.
- The rest is standard

Extras worth mentioning:
- ACT Clutch HDSS (done at 175K kms, spring broke on OE clutch not because of abuse or worn out clutch as per Rick)
- Fidanza light weight fly wheel
- Russel SS braided brake lines
- Speed Bleeders
- Recently done Brakes with EBC pads on Blank Rotors running Synthetic DOT 4 Fluid. Done at 220 000KMS. A testament that I do lots of hwy driving since this is only my second time replacing brakes on the front. OE set was replaced @ 120K kms and recently at 220K kms.

These pics are 2-3 yrs old but still looks mostly the same.
